Gallery Sculptor Helsinki, Finland

Volume is an exploration of a world where the border between real and imagined is blurred. Throughout the works, Aho considers mundane and familiar materials from the urban environment combining them with plant-like sculptures that encapsulate ideas of technology-driven control and the visual language of consumer societies. The sculptures in the exhibition merge with the spatial and sonic dimensions of the gallery and are specifically designed for this space. The exhibition can be experienced in VR here.
